Great Motivation Tool



I always get such great ideas from all you folks out there and one of these great ideas comes from my friend April who also has a blog and on her blog she will often recommend products that she uses for others to also try. My husband has just introduced me to a really great podcast called, "Podrunner." For those of you who need some motivation while you are working out or just some great music to listen to I would recommend this podcast. What I personal like is that each episode features music that is set and mixed to help you maintain a certain heart beats per minute such as 131 hbm or 170 hbm. You can chose which episode helps you keep your target heart rate. Its basically like having a metronome while you work out! I tried it yesterday for the first time and I was impressed!! I saw a significant change in my work out and I really enjoyed the music. It helped me to push through that middle part of your workout when you find yourself getting tired and need an extra push! You have to endure about 2-3 minutes worth of Navy advertisment since the podcast is sponsored by them, but the enire work out is exactly 1 hour despite it.
